ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3 certified Water resistant 100% PU shell, 100% polyester backing 8000MM fabric waterproof rating Snap-off hood with drawcord and toggle for adjustability Two-way black Vislon zipper Internal storm flap Half-elastic adjustable tab cuffs with hook and loop closures 2-in. wide reflective taping on front, back and sleeves Two welt pockets Drawcord hem with toggle adjustability This garment must be fully zipped to be in compliance with ANSI/ISEA 107 standards The hood must be detached and stowed when not in use to be in compliance with ANSI/ISEA 107 standards
